Utilising a solid spruce top, the Epiphone DR-100 has a rich and nuanced tone that improves with age, developing a sound that is unique to the player. Being a dreadnought you get one of the most popular and versatile acoustic body shapes, suitable for everything from country to rock.
Iconic Dreadnought
The dreadnought body shape is considered the classic go-to shape for bluegrass, folk, rock, country, and everything in-between. The dreadnought sound is commanding when required, but its balanced sound means that at any volume, you can be heard and hear yourself well, too.
Supreme Comfort
The Epiphone DR-100 mahogany neck is glued-in at the 14th fret and features a 25.5" scale, a SlimTaper shape and a rosewood fingerboard with dot fret markers. Epiphone's iconic Sloped Dovewing headstock completes the look with die-cast premium tuners.
