Pure Tube Power, Unmistakable EVH Tone
Driven by an EL34 power tube and a multi-stage hybrid preamp featuring two ECC83 tubes, the EVH 5150 Iconic Series 15W Combo delivers saturated high-gain tones, tight low-end, and articulate cleans. The custom 10” EVH Celestion speaker is specifically voiced for this amp, ensuring punchy attack and dynamic response across all frequencies. The MDF cabinet with an internal plywood baffle enhances bass projection and tonal clarity, making this amp sound bigger than its size suggests.
Two independent channels—Green (clean/overdrive) and Red (lead/burn)—provide a broad sonic range. The Green channel’s overdrive function allows you to push from pristine cleans to gritty breakup, while the Red channel’s burn mode adds even more saturation, perfect for soaring leads and heavy rhythm playing. Shared three-band EQ, global resonance and presence controls, and onboard reverb give you full command of your sound.
Designed for modern players, this amp includes essential features such as an effects loop for seamless pedal integration, a speaker-emulated DI output for silent recording or live performance, and a 1/4-power switch for achieving saturated tube tone at lower volumes. A one-button footswitch is included for effortless channel switching on stage.
