Great Style and Playability
The body of the Schecter C-7 FR S Silver Mountain is made from mahogany and features a comfortably curved waist and arched top.
With its double cutaway shape, the body looks great and provides easy access to the upper frets.
This great reach is further enhanced by the Ultra Access neck heel.
A 3-piece mahogany neck, fortified with carbon fibre reinforcement rods for solid stability, is attacked to the body of the Schecter C-7 FR S Silver Mountain.
With its thin "C" shape, this neck is both easy and comfortable to play.
Atop the neck is an ebony fretboard with a 14" radius providing a great playing area that allows for deep bends.
Aboard the fretboard are 24 X-Jumbo frets which further enhance deep bend performance. Made from stainless steel, these frets will provide long lasting, reliable performance.
Adding to the great looks of the Schecter C-7 FR S Silver Mountain while helping you find your way around the neck are Luminlay glow in the dark side dot markers and super stylish line fret inlays.
Awesome Electronics
A newly designed humbucking pickup can be found in the bridge position of the Schecter C-7 FR S Silver Mountain.
This Schecter USA Sonic Seducer pickup give you hot and powerful tone.
Acting as the neck pickup is a Sustainiac pickup. When switched "Off", the Sustainiac acts as an active pickup.
When switched "On", the Sustainiac gives you endless sustain through controlled feedback with three different modes to choose from.
Using the 3-way pickup switch you can use either the Schecter USA Sonic Seducer or Sustainiac individually or both together at once.
There are also volume, tone and intensity controls to really shape the Schecter C-7 FR S Silver Mountain's tone to perfection.
Premium Hardware
On the headstock of the Schecter C-7 FR S Silver Mountain, you'll find seven Grover Rotomatic 18:1 tuning machines. With their high gear ratio, these tuners provide incredibly precise tuning.
A Floyd Rose 1500 series nut ensures incredibly secure tuning.
Working in tandem with this nut is a Floyd Rose 1500 bridge which also provides great sustain and accurate intonation.
Of course, this bridge has a tremolo arm allowing for deep dive bombs and dynamic whammy action in your performance.
In keeping with this guitar's dark aesthetic, all of the Schecter C-7 FR S Silver Mountain's hardware is black.
